Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We process your order within 2 business days.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time depends on the shipping option you have selected.  Most books are shipped using Media Mail within the US, or DHL and USPS First Class International mail for international shipping (8 to 15 business days).  Media Mail takes approximately 5 to 8 days to arrive to its destination.  We also offer First Class Mail (3 to 5 business days), Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days).

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs depends on the type of service selected.  Most Media Mail ranges from $3.20 to $6.50 pr package.  Expedited shipping is usually between $7.00 to $15.00.  International shipping costs typically go from $15.00 to $25.00.  If you order amount is $50 or over, your shipping cost within the United States of America is free.

 

Local Pickup:

We do not offer local pickup in the Miami area.  We do offer local delivery via USPS or UPS services. 

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

Items shipped from www.lasgloriasdemaria.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Return shipping cost is to be paid by customer.  We will refund your purchase within 2 days of receiving back the items. 

You can cancel your order online if we have not yet shipped your order.  However, if the order has already shipped, then you would have to return the item per our return policy. 

If you have received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no cost to you, within 2 business days.  The return of the incorrect item will be out our cost.
